Andy Spears is the founder and president of Spears Strategy.
Andy brings the knowledge of a Ph.D. in Public Policy combined with experience in public relations, non-profit management, and issue advocacy. He has worked for both local and state governments and has over a decade of direct experience at the state legislative level.
He is committed to helping organizations excel by crafting winning communications and advocacy strategies.
Andy earned undergraduate and Master's degrees from Western Kentucky University and his Ph.D. at Tennessee State University.
He lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife and daughter.
